Rocket League is a physics-based vehicle soccer video game developed and published by Psyonix, released for PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows on July 7, 2015, with ports for OS X and Linux also in development. It is a sequel to 2008's Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars. The game features gameplay that is very similar to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars 's, and also includes single-player and multiplayer modes which can be played both locally and online, including cross-platform play between the PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows versions.
LAN-slide v13.0 was our first event where Rocket League was run with 6 teams competing for Intel SSD's. With such a great turnout, it will be returning for future events.
